I bought it 2 years back, have had it regularly serviced in Nissan. Nothing to repair, it is clean and in good condition. Runs perfectly, recently had a new battery & alternator and all records for work/servicing I have had done at Nissan are available. Not in a mad rush to sell it, but I will negotiate price a little directly with persons who view & are prepared to make deposit and make quick payment in full. Similar condition and age XTrails sell for more (typically 250,000 peso), so this is a great opportunity for a bargain. When price/sale agreed and deposit received, I will also run it into Nissan for a routine maintenance service before handing over the keys and all paperwork.
