- Casa Maintained until year 2020 before the pandemic
Reason for selling: need additional funds. Seldome used starting yr 2020.
Meetup: SM Bacoor, Cavite 
usually aircon parts ang nagiging issue. Other than this, its in top condition. With scratches and dents, regular wear and tear. May baby kasi so it needs interior cleaning/detailing.
